A clear agreement for serious practice.
1. Acceptance
By using the Vistara Forge website or requesting course access, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Educational purpose
Our material supports design education and creative experimentation. It does not promise employment, client results, income, or a particular output from any generative tool.
3. Course access
Access is intended for the person or team that received permission. Do not resell, publicly redistribute, scrape, or represent Vistara Forge materials as your own course.
4. Responsible use
You remain responsible for prompts, references, generated outputs, claims, rights checks, accessibility, and the way your work is presented to others.
5. Intellectual property
Vistara Forge owns its original curriculum, writing, visual system, and site code. You retain responsibility for your own project work, subject to the rights and policies of tools and references you use.
6. Site features
Followed courses, cart contents, theme settings, and checkout confirmation are browser-based convenience features. They do not constitute an account, enrollment, payment, or guarantee of availability.
7. Availability and limits
We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free third-party tools. To the extent permitted by law, Vistara Forge is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site.
